Character
Images exhibit a delicate falloff in performance toward the edge of the frame creating a dimensional feel with enhanced flaring characteristics and beautiful, warm skin tones. Generally smaller, lighter weight and more budget-friendly.
Legacy
The optics are almost exclusively from Leica’s iconic still photography lenses, but with mechanical improvements or completely new housings. Images and optical performance are similar to classic lenses due to their photo optics, but with modern coatings with more controlled flaring and enhanced mechanical performance.
