Leitz Cine lenses come in many different styles and formats. This test strives to present a sampling of each set so users can better understand the wide range of creative options available before testing for their next project.
As a starting point, consider that we categorize our lenses into three families: Performance, Character, and Legacy. You can see the full line up on Our Products Page. Or, click the links below for more detailed family overviews.
Performance: The main design parameters are edge-to-edge consistency and quality.
Character: Professional lenses designed for cinema but with some extra personality.
Legacy: Lenses that use Leica photography optics in cine-style housings.
